Sobaos El Andral is a family business that produces and distributes the most traditional and authentic products from the Pasiegos Valleys.

El Andral products are made with natural and top quality ingredients from its own Organic Farm, following a traditional production process.

SOBAO PASIEGO EL ANDRAL

Sobao Pasiego is made from a batter of butter, flour, sugar and egg, and is presented in a paper capsule traditionally known as a hat, in which the folds constitute its characteristic wings.

Their sobaos are protected by the PGI "Sobao Pasiego" , they are made daily following the family recipe in the Valles Pasiegos.

The Quesada Pasiega is the most typical and representative dessert of the Valles Pasiegos. In El Andral it is made daily with freshly milked cow's milk from its own organic farm.

The smooth flavor, the juicy and dense texture, and the toasted surface, make our quesada an irresistible dessert.

TYPICAL PRODUCT OF THE ALTO ASON.

They are the typical sweet of the town of Ramales de la Victoria, made in a small workshop (Pastelería Julmar)  in the very center of town, in a completely traditional way, with top quality ingredients and of course without preservatives or dyes.

The Alto Asón Waterfalls are extraordinary tea cakes, bow-shaped and double, filled with a delicious toffee cream. Its composition is based on butter, flour, sugar, eggs and toffee filling.

Borja Pérez, based in Cantabria, is the heart of Monper chocolates. For him, the quality of an artisan chocolate made with care is paramount, and he puts all his efforts and knowledge into the manufacture of each of its 6 varieties.

At Monper, the production of chocolate is slow, meticulous, making a careful selection of the raw material to combine it with other flavors and varieties also from our land. The final product is unique, without preservatives or dyes.

In addition, Monper chocolate is 100% gluten free, suitable for coeliacs. For the preparation of our  Chocolates We select the cocoas based on their purity, their origin and their qualities.

For Monper, people are very important, which is why our processes only use products from fair trade, and without palm oil. We only use cocoa butter, that's why our flavor is the purest and healthiest.

Cantabria has no tradition of producing nougat and marzipan. But for more than 100 years, the company Monerris has been in charge of supplying this gap, offering its nougat production made in   totally HANDCRAFTED.

Thus, year after year, they continue to be manufactured in  Jijona , in the same workshop where the Mira Monerris family has made its products since 1893 , with the same recipes and with a careful selection of raw materials  without which an excellent product could not be obtained. 

Thus, after more than three  generations, Monerris continues  filling the Christmas table of the people of Santander, to the point of having  become a reference point at Christmas in Santander.

It is for all these reasons that we have decided to include these nougats in our batch proposal.

CHOCOLATE NOUGAT

ALMOND NOUGAT

This Orujo cream is from the Picos de Cabariezo distillery, a company awarded for its orujo on many occasions.

The pomace cream is smooth and creamy. This  made with a dairy base that satisfies all palates due to its low density and sugar balance.

It is recommended to drink cold or with ice, alone or directly in coffee,  every day more extended custom; do not mix with citrus, shake before serving.

Alcohol content: 17% vol.

Duration and Conservation:  over 2 years, store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight, and cold, once opened.

Contains a dairy base and sugar,  It does NOT contain gluten, a product YES suitable for celiac and egg intolerant groups but NOT for Lactose intolerant.

Not suitable for minors or pregnant women.
